Clyde Companies – Full Time – Entry Level Accounts Receivable Clerk
The Company: Clyde Companies is an administrative agency located in Orem, Utah that supports several subsidiary organizations that span the construction, building materials and insurance industries. The company is family owned and operated and has been in business over 90 years.
The Position: We are looking for an accounts receivable clerk with a strong interest in accounting, the ability to handle multiple tasks and details simultaneously, and who has exceptional customer service skills. No collections are required.
DUTIES:
Assist customers, answer inquiries, and take payments
Edit and invoice tickets
Apply payments to customer accounts
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong interest in accounting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office products and other computer skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
