Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) Project Administrator
JOB LOCATION: Lindon, Utah
FUNCTION: Under the direction of the EBS Project Manager, the Project Administrator is responsible to work on all project related items from the beginning of a project through project closure.
REPORTING TO: EBS Project Manager
KEY ACTIVITIES:
- Visualize, fulfill, and implement the company vision and core values.
- Coordinate EBS team needs.
- Manage calendars, schedules, and assignments throughout the duration of the project.
- Maintain accurate information and documentation in project management systems.
- Track and maintain correspondence with project owners and vendors.
- Assist in and attend project meetings as needed.
- Maintain project schedules up to date.
- Assist program leads with internal scope documents.
- Assist in project closure – including budgeting and final project sign-off.
- Perform other duties as required.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Working knowledge of general office procedures
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to organize and coordinate group work efforts
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Sound organizational skills
- Ability to work towards and reach deadlines
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Bachelor’s degree or technical degree preferred
- 2+ years administrative experience or equivalent preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Physical Work Requirements - Light: exerting up to 15 lbs. of force occasionally.
- Repetitive motion associated with operating various types of office equipment.
